Care Notes

My mentors often warned me that I should never keep work I was not proud of, because it will literally last forever. Under the assumption that I didn’t fail them I would like for my work to last you a lifetime

I often liken ceramics to people. They can withstand a lot but do not like sudden change. As such please avoid drastic temperature changes such as going from a freezer to boiling water, or vice versa.

My work is dishwasher and microwave safe unless otherwise noted to you at the time of sale. If for whatever reason you concerned or worried about the work after normal use do not hesitate to contact me!

You can increase the lifetime of my work by hand washing it but I can confidently say that much of my early work is still, regrettably, around the house despite my best intentions and I do not hand wash any of it!

Much of my work is intentionally lightweight! I am always constantly striving to produce work that has the durability intended for daily use, but most of my work will not survive a large fall or violent collision. As such I try to keep records of my work for reproducibility and if you have a piece you loved that you have last I can do my best to recreate it for you by commission! (These are often some of my favorite commissions because it lets me and you see how far i’ve improved since I made the original)
